TakeProfit

AI Trading Platform — Freemium

Browser-based charting and trading terminal with cloud alerts, Python-style scripting and an AI assistant.

Non-expiring cloud alerts and Python-style Indie scripts

Overview

TakeProfit is a charting platform that runs in the browser and wants to be your TradingView alternative. It built its own chart engine, lets you arrange workspaces from drag-and-drop widgets, and is known for two things: cloud alerts that never expire and a scripting language called Indie that reads like Python. It is for active chart traders, crypto traders above all.

The AI works on the chart in front of you. The built-in assistant runs technical analysis, writes Indie indicators, converts Pine Script or MQL code and sets alerts. An MCP server does the same from outside, so Claude, Cursor or VS Code can write, compile and validate scripts against live data and manage your alerts. Alerts can combine several conditions and fire by Telegram, email or webhook. There is a stock screener, a marketplace for community indicators and backtesting for strategies.

The catch: the trading side leans crypto, with exchange connections and a fee cashback program up front. Chart trading, algo trading and the depth-of-market ladder are all marked as coming soon. There is no mobile app. New accounts get a 30-day trial of the All-In plan, then $20 a month or $120 a year, or a permanent free tier. Review counts are thin. If you want to place stock orders from your charts today, skip it.
