Stox.AI is a stock screener you talk to. You type your criteria in a sentence and it returns a ranked shortlist, with the reason each name fits. It is for retail investors who find filter-heavy screeners tedious, and it is known for its free Chrome extension.

The workflow has two steps. Screen first: the AI turns a plain-English description into a ranked list drawn from several thousand companies. Then analyze: pick a ticker and get a write-up covering fundamentals, technicals and sentiment. The Chrome extension overlays the same screening and analysis on Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, TradingView, Robinhood and Seeking Alpha, so you stay on the page you were already reading. The site says it covers stocks in the US, India, Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The catch is who stands behind it. The terms name Global Predictions Inc., but the only contact is a personal Gmail address, and the user count on the homepage has no outside support. No reviews turned up on any platform checked. The terms call the content educational and entertainment only. The free plan allows 20 messages a day. Premium is $18 a month at a launch price, against a $30 list price, capped at 500 messages a month. There is no mobile app or API. Skip it if you need a vendor you can vet.
