AI assistant that turns a plain-English trade idea into a monitored plan with entry, stop and targets.
Recipes that monitor your trade idea and alert you
Overview
Stonki is an AI assistant that turns a trading idea typed in plain English into a structured plan, then watches it for you. It is for stock and options traders who have ideas but not the hours to monitor them. It is known for the Recipe, a strategy card with entry, stop, targets and risk. It was founded in 2025 and bought by Investing.com in April 2026.
You describe a setup. Stonki's agents, including a scanner, a technical analyst and a strategy builder, structure it into a Recipe. The Recipe runs in the background, tracking price, volume, news and sentiment, and alerts you when conditions line up or risks appear. It handles options structures as well as stock setups. The operator, Quangentics Inc., is an SEC-registered investment adviser, which is rare in this category.
The catch: Stonki does not place trades. Broker connections are still in development and will be read-only. The Investing.com deal means the standalone product may not stay standalone. Basic is $20 a month with 3 active monitoring tasks. Premium is $50 with unlimited preset tasks, and it comes with a 14-day free trial. No independent reviews exist yet. Skip it if you want automated execution.
Pros
- Plain-English ideas become structured plans
- Run by an SEC-registered adviser
- Covers stock and options strategies
Cons
- Does not execute trades for you
- Future unclear after Investing.com deal
