Horizon

AI Trading Platform — Paid

Agentic trading platform that turns plain-English ideas into backtested strategies and runs them at your broker.

Plain-English idea to backtested, broker-executed strategy

Overview

Horizon is a platform for traders who have rules in their head and no way to code them. You type the idea in a sentence and it builds, tests and runs the strategy through your own brokerage account. It is aimed at systematic traders who want automation without Python or Pine Script, and it is known for going from idea to live strategy without code.

The AI structures your rules into executable logic, then backtests them on up to 20 years of data with slippage, commissions and Monte Carlo stress tests. You can paper trade on every plan before going live. It also handles research questions and alerts you describe in plain English. Execution runs through read-and-trade-only API keys, so the broker holds your money and Horizon cannot withdraw it. It covers US stocks, ETFs and forex.

The catch: there is no free trial, only a 30-day refund window. Plans start around $49 a month, and the plan prices would not load when we checked, so confirm before you pay. The homepage promotes backtested results on featured strategies. Treat those as marketing, since a backtest is a history lesson and not a forecast. Futures and options are listed as coming soon. Skip it if you want to test for free or you trade by feel.
