Tracefour tracks what corporate insiders and politicians do with their own money, using legally disclosed filings. It covers US SEC Form 4 trades, four European insider registers, Congress STOCK Act disclosures and well-known 13F portfolios. It is for investors who use insider buying as one input, and it is known for being free and for showing the data as visuals instead of bare tables.

The site refreshes hourly. Cluster pages flag stocks where three or more insiders trade the same direction inside 60 days, and streak pages show insiders buying week after week. Tracker pages follow portfolios such as Pelosi, Berkshire and Ackman, and free email alerts fire when a person or fund you follow files. Tracefour does not run its own AI model. Its AI link is a keyless MCP server with nine tools, plus a free REST API, so Claude or another agent can query the filings directly.

The catch: nobody is named behind the site, and it looks only a few months old. Filings arrive late by design, with Congress disclosures lagging 30 to 45 days and 13Fs landing quarterly. The site also contradicts itself, saying on one page there is no paid tier and on another that a $12 a month Pro plan adds Telegram and Discord delivery. Day traders will find the data too slow.
