StockNews.AI

News & Sentiment — Freemium

AI news feed that summarizes company news with sentiment and importance scores, plus watchlist alerts.

News scored by sentiment and importance with source links

Overview

StockNews.AI is a news reader for people who own stocks and do not have time to read every press release. It condenses company news into a short summary with a view on what it means for the business. It is for investors and swing traders who follow a watchlist, and it is known for scoring each story by sentiment and importance with links back to the source.

Each story becomes a signal card: a summary, a bullish, bearish or neutral read with the reasoning, an importance score and the original articles from outlets like Reuters and the wire services. You save tickers to a watchlist, then set email and push alerts by stock, event type, importance and sentiment. A News Agent chat answers questions about the coverage. Paid plans include a REST API and an MCP server, so ChatGPT and other AI clients can pull the same news.

The catch: the free tier shows delayed signals with 30 days of history, a 10-symbol watchlist and no alerts. Alerts and the API start at $24.99 a month, and unlimited alerts cost $99.99. The site itself says its AI assessments can be wrong and do not predict returns. Take it at its word. There are no user reviews on the major review sites. Skip it if you want charts, screening or trade execution.
