PublicView

Research & Analysis — Paid

AI chat over SEC filings with cited answers, knowledge graphs, Form 4 insider tracking and filing alerts.

Knowledge graph and relationship maps built from filings

Overview

PublicView is a research workspace built on SEC filings. It is for the investor who knows the real story sits on page 140 of a 10-K and does not have a free afternoon. In February 2026 it was acquired by Aether Holdings, a listed company trading as ATHR.

Pick a company by ticker and ask questions in plain English. The AI pulls the relevant passages from 10-Ks, 10-Qs and 8-Ks and answers with inline citations you can check. You choose a quick or a deep pass. It also extracts a knowledge graph from the filings, mapping people, suppliers, products and risks, and lays events out on a timeline. Watchlists send alerts when a new filing lands, and Form 4 insider trades are tracked and summarized. An IPO calendar comes straight from EDGAR.

The catch is scope. This is filings and nothing else. No price charts, no screener, no earnings call audio, no app. Pro is $9.99 a month after a 3-day free trial, which is cheap for what it does. Technical traders and anyone outside US-listed companies can skip it.

Is PublicView Legit? FAQ

Is PublicView legit?

PublicView is a working product, but it has fewer than 10 public reviews on Trustpilot, G2, the App Store and Product Hunt. We list it because it has a real AI feature, not because it paid us. The biggest drawback we found: SEC filings only, no price charts.

How much does PublicView cost?

PublicView is listed at $9.99/mo. There is no free plan. Prices change, so confirm on the official site before you pay.

Does PublicView have a free trial?

Yes. PublicView offers a free trial, so you can test it before paying.
