MacroMicro
Research & Analysis — Freemium
Macro and industry data platform with live charts, a US ETF screener, 13F data and the new MM AI chat.
MM AI chat built on the platform's own macro database
Overview
MacroMicro is a macro research platform that has been building its database since 2015. It turns economic and market data into live charts and says more than 7.6 million users visit a year. It is for investors who start with the big picture: rates, inflation, sector cycles, then stocks.
You get cross-country macro charts, a central bank tracker, industry hubs for areas such as semiconductors and the AI supply chain, a US earnings database, a US ETF screener, 13F filings and COT data. MM AI, launched in July 2026, adds a chat that answers questions from the platform's own data, with an AI dashboard marked as coming soon. Paid plans add earnings call summaries and research reports.
The catch: this is top-down research, not a stock picker or a trading screen. Many charts are free to view. Prime runs $25 a month, or about $20.95 a month billed yearly, and gives limited AI access. The Max AI plan is $30 a month or about $24.95 billed yearly. The company is based in Taiwan and some coverage leans Asian. Pure chart traders will find it too slow.
Pros
- Macro database built since 2015
- US ETF screener, 13F and COT data
- Many charts free without a trial
Cons
- Full MM AI needs the pricier Max plan
- Top-down research, not stock signals
