AlphAI

News & Sentiment — Freemium

AI-scored, ticker-tagged financial news feed with alerts, plus an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT.

One-login MCP server that feeds scored news to your AI agent

Overview

AlphAI is a financial news feed built for people who run AI agents or trading bots, though you can read it on the website like any news site. It says it scans 10,000+ articles a day from 6,900+ sources and lets fewer than one in five through.

Each story that survives gets an AI pass: a relevance score from 1 to 10, a ticker tag and a short per-ticker analysis. SEC filings feed in too, including Form 4 insider trades and 8-Ks, with a stated median of about six minutes from EDGAR to the feed. The hook is delivery. There is a REST API and a hosted MCP server, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor with one login and ask what moved a stock today. Alerts go to Telegram, email or a webhook.

The catch: this is plumbing, not advice. It tells you what happened and how relevant it looks. It does not chart, screen or trade. The free plan shows sponsored placements and adds a 60 minute delay to Radar data. Basic is $2.99 a month and Pro is $9.99 at early-access rates. If you do not use an AI assistant or a bot, a normal news app will serve you fine.

Is AlphAI Legit? FAQ

Is AlphAI legit?

AlphAI is a working product, but it is new. It has fewer than 10 reviews on Trustpilot, G2, the App Store and Product Hunt, so there is no public track record yet. We list it because it has a real AI feature, not because it paid us. The biggest drawback we found: Free tier adds a 60 minute Radar delay.

How much does AlphAI cost?

AlphAI is listed at Free / $2.99/mo. There is a free tier, with paid plans above it. Prices change, so confirm on the official site before you pay.

Does AlphAI have a free trial?

There is no time-limited trial listed, but the free plan lets you test AlphAI before paying.

Does AlphAI have an API or MCP server?

Yes. AlphAI offers an API and an MCP server, so you can connect it to your own code, a trading bot, or an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT.
